File Requirements Files should be in RGB color mode, at least 300 DPI, and contain no more than 4 colors. We will match our thread colors to your design as closely as possible. Save your file with a transparent background. Any background (even white) will be assumed as part of the design and will be stitched onto the hat. Design Requirements Keep designs simple, avoid intricate details or fine lines. Do not use photographic images or artwork with shadows and/or gradients. Text should be at least 0.25” in height and at least 0.05” thick. (Minimum font size should be approximately 24 pt.) Use a sans serif font for best results. Script or decorative fonts may cause small details within designs to get lost. We recommend converting all text to outlines to avoid font replacement.
