Normally I wouldn’t buy a shoe on line, but since the majority of stores are closed because of Covid-19, it was necessary. I’ve owned New Balance shoes in the past and have always been happy with the fit and wear. I ordered my usual size (8.5 W-womens) in the court shoes for tennis, but found they were too small and snug around the toes. I liked the overall material, style and support so I simply sent them back for an exchange of a half size larger. The exchange got here a lot quicker than the first pair by the way. I exchanged the court shoes for a women's size 9 Wide and they fit nicely. Either my foot has grown or the shoes run smaller and they feel a tad more snug around the toes than the NB shoes I’ve owned in the past. I bought them specifically for tennis so wore them around the house the day before I was scheduled to play. The day of my tennis match they performed well and I got through an hour and a half of tennis without any discomfort or blisters. I haven’t worn them long enough yet to vouch for their durability. But I hope they’ll last beyond the $95 I paid for them. They are made in Indonesia and seem to be made of good materials. I don’t have any arch problems or foot problems so these are a keeper for me.
